A guy I know was working at the BH when the shooting happened. I talked to him this morning. The guy was hit by shrapnel from a richocet not directly hit by the round. Still was a bad deal all around....

I believe the statute of limitations on Felony 2nd degree assault is 3 years.Statute of limitations on Misdemeanor 3rd degree assault is 18 months.Note that Section 1a is similar in both of these...
